    i have one case in dog having
    BUN- 422
    Creatinine 9.6
    With no vomition and normal watering
    please suggest medication and management for same case

    Fluids iv,ranitidine 1-2 mg/kg/8h, diet for kidney disease(i.e. Hill's canine k/d) and...good luck.

      There is no systemic treatment available for the chronic renal failure. Now only you can do is, nutrition management, moreover you can do dialysis of blood if you have dialysis apparatus.

        Some universities have the ability to perform renal transplants have you looked into that?

          But It is not available every where, because It's hard to get donor

            IV infusion, correcting electrolyte deficits, treatment of renal secondary hyperparathyroidism like hyperphosphataemia, EPO or ananesp for non-regenerative anaemia..etc.
            Refer to haemodialysis centre if this is available nearby your place.

            Renal transplantation is very rare and maybe limited to very few veterinary schools in Asia, if any.

              Fluid IV, electrolytes and nutrition management. need to check up the condition to the vet like every 3 months.
